Dear Microsys,
I wanted to take a moment to write and thank-you for your help with the modifications implemented in the airbag deployment control system in our Vandalia production facility. Your timely and effective response to the concerns we expressed demonstrated both your functional expertise and your dedication to customer service.
It is evident to me through my dealings with Microsys during this modification that the entire company is committed to customer focus and your work on this project represented that commitment thoroughly.
I also wanted to note that I am aware that all of your efforts on this project took place during your preparation for and travel to, the SAE show. Understanding that the SAE show is one of the busiest times of the year for Microsys, I would like to add an additional word of appreciation for your focus on the project. In all of your efforts, I consistently was given the impression that our project was your only focus when I know you had additional responsibilities you were attending to. Your work here demonstrated a level of customer service that "raises the bar" in my mind, and I just wanted to let you know it was appreciated.
