At the 9th International Symposium and Exhibition on Sophisticated Car Occupant Safety Systems, Microsys will meet with industry experts to review how the Cold Gas System can improve the performance of all airbag related products, leading to higher levels of crashworthiness. A paper entitled "Alternative Airbag Evaluation Methodology through Cold Gas Inflation System" will be presented at the symposium.
To be held from December 1 – 3, 2008 in Karlsruhe, Germany, the 9th Airbag Symposium will
again be a meeting place for engineers,
scientists, legislators, managers and
marketing experts to exchange information,
to make and improve contacts, to
stimulate further progress and to promote advanced car passenger safety systems on an impartial platform.
Since 1992 the Fraunhofer ICT has hosted the symposium "Airbag 2000+" which, with over 1000 participants every other year, has become the most important forum for the airbag industry. The Fraunhofer Institute for Chemical
Technology (ICT) is the leading independent
research and development facility
on airbag technology and testing.
