The Microsys staff has been a wonderful help and very patient, which I am very grateful for. This SureFire system is new to all of us here at Autoliv Canada, which means we depend greatly on your staff. Microsys has been excellent at getting back to me with help or answers to my questions in a timely manner. Around here time is of the essence. Microsys engineers have explained things to me in a way that I can understand and comprehend. They have been great in double checking to make sure things are set up properly and working with me to troubleshoot possible solutions. They have been wonderful. 

I am very pleased with the results I am getting from the SureFire system and would like to recognize this. Thank you very much for such wonderful support.
