A Letter to Our Customers:

We are all facing an unprecedented situation. The coronavirus pandemic is affecting all our lives, our families, our friends, our businesses. We at Microsys want to reach out to you and explain you how we are handling this situation.
 

Our thoughts are with anyone who is affected by the virus and we wish anyone who has fallen ill, a full and fast recovery. We also want to thank all of the healthcare workers around the globe who are doing a tremendous job on the frontline.
 

Our main priority at Microsys is the health and safety of our employees and families. The vast majority of our staff are now working from home. The switch to working remotely went very smooth and we could ensure the uninterrupted availability of our services – just as you expect us to do.

While we deal with the challenge of the Coronavirus, we stay fully committed to your success. Our sales and support services are fully available for you in a digital way.

By implementing strict hygiene measures and with the fantastic efforts of our valued employees we kept our production running. We continue to do our best to provide new test systems and factory-services so you can go on running your business.

We also want to thank our global network of partners, who are also doing their best to provide local services for you.
